Reaction to Erie Canal

I have just recieved news that their is a new waterway that runs from the Hudson River to Lake Erie. It runs through the Appalachian mountains making transporting goods much easier. I am excited for this new technology although I will not use it in my work. Hopefully this Canal will help boost the economy and raise revenue for our country. Although this does not effect my life, hopefully it will effect my kids lives and make things easier for them. That is all for now until next time, see you then.
